I ship code into your repo before you pay me.

Sprint 1 is free. You get a written plan, a branch and a pull request in 3 working days. Every update is written. You never need to join a meeting.

I reply in writing with a plan or a plain no. Or write to michael@axdale.com, one paragraph is enough.

Work you can check today

Each number links to its source. The pull request numbers come from the public GitHub API, rebuilt 23 October 2026. They leave out my own repos, private client repos and list entries.

how it works

One small, real change first

You see my code, my tests and my daily notes before you spend any money.

Read how the 3 days run

  1. step 01

    You send a brief

Two or three sentences and a repo link. Use the form or reply to my email.

  2. step 02

    I send a written plan

Scope, 3 to 5 acceptance criteria and the files I expect to touch. Nothing starts until you say yes in writing.

  3. step 03

    I ship a pull request

3 working days, one written update at the end of each day, and a handover note with the PR.

  4. step 04

    You decide

Merge it, change it or close it. Sprint 1 costs nothing. Send a short written sign-off and the code is yours.

what I build

Work that fits a sprint

Agent and LLM features

A support reply drafter, a document extraction agent, an assistant that uses your API as a tool or an MCP server for your product. Shipped with an eval set that runs in CI.

Agentic dev workflow

Claude Code or Codex set up in your repos, with rules, a PR review agent, merge gates and spend caps. I run an agent fleet like this for my own products every day.

AI and CI cost cuts

A read-only look at your token spend and your CI minutes, with each saving priced in dollars per month.

TypeScript, Node, Next.js, React, Python and Cloudflare Workers. Claude or OpenAI, your choice.

who does the work

Me, and nobody else you did not approve

I am Michael Lip, an independent engineer in Warsaw. I build with an agent fleet of Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode, and I review every line before it reaches your repo.

I work async because written work is easier to check. You get a plan you can forward, daily notes you can read in two minutes and a pull request you can review in your own time.

I also do private client work. I do not name clients without their written OK, so the proof on this site is public work only.

Send one paragraph. Get a plan back.

Tell me what should change in your product. I read your repo and reply with a fixed-scope Sprint 1 plan, or a plain no with the reason.
